Well my fiancee and I are getting married in 2 months. We got a call from these scammers last year sometime. We were so excited, it sounded like a dream come true. We payed the first half of the amount around December. And we payed the rest just last week. For some reason my Fiancee typed the Ramada Plaza Resort in google, and this wonderful website came up.

Needless to say, we were furious. We decided that we were going to call them and cancel right away. Thanks to all the comments on here. So we did because we saw about the Florida traveling act. But of course, they only refunded us the $800 and something dollars, and they said that they wont pay us the rest of the $600 something because we registered for it last year.

So I am furious because I was so excited because we were going to have a honeymoon that was going to be nothing short of amazing! I should have known it sounded to good to be true. If anyone knows anything that we can do to get the rest of our money back, so we can put it towards a new honeymoon. Please let us know.

We have already talked to Al Shular. But we still can't get the rest of our money back.

BREAKING NEWS!! RAMADA PLAZA RESORTS EXPOSED ON LOCAL TV NEW STATION FOR DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!! TAKE A LOOK!!

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 14, 2006

Have your ever received an e-mail or phone solicitation offer for a "free" cruise? Well buyer beware b/c that "free" cruise will cost you more than you think. Hidden charges people don't know about.

Connie Thompson of KOMO Channel 4 News in Seattle does a segment every tuesday and thursday at her local tv station on products that might sound too good to be true.

In the case of Ramada Plaza Resorts and Imperial Majesty (sub company) you better read the fine print before taking them up on any of their offers.

Copy and paste the link below to see the video and news story.

komotv.com/buyerbeware/story.asp?ID=44247

FYI: If you do sign up on their offer you better read closely b/c you are essentially giving up your rights for being on the federal DO NOT CALL LIST registry. That's right! In the fine print it says you can have telemarketers call you in the future even if you are on the FDNC.

BUYER BEWARE!

PS For any past or future stories on company scams and products just copy and paste on KOMO CHANNEL 4 NEWS link below.
