Alright here goes, same as you'v all read on the RPR comments on this site... when they told me I've won I was so excited and coughed up my CC #. Stupid me I didnt know all about this promotion but it sounded legit.
Later on I was reading about it and came across this site. Feeling ripped off I called them 3 days later giving them an excuse that I am University Student and my student load didn't come so I can't afford to go. I asked for a full refund and the guy transfered me over to another guy. Again I told him my story and ask for a full refund. He said when they first asked me to authorize the use of the credit card, that it was a legal bond blah blah blah and I couldnt get a full refund.
I then started going off about the 30 money back and he said nope we don't have that... By then I was started to get pissed off. So he said because I am a Student and due to my current situation He'll give me about $300US of that money back and it would take 7-10 days...
Is there ANY WAY of getting my full refund back. Cause this is BS!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
I got all my money back!
AUTHOR: Gina - (U.S.A.)

After getting the package I read through all the details and found that having to guess at what daysI'll be able to take time off work and coincide my vacation days through them was not going to work. So I sent the entire package back like the policy stated. When they received it (I had signature confirmation through usps.com so they couldn't deny they got the package) I did not receive a response for about a week and then got a denial letter.
I called in and got transfered a few times (sometimes by request for a supervisor) and was offered 20% refunded and then 40% refunded when each time I insisted on a full refund. After speking to the supervisor they agreed to refund my card (debit) card for half the balance I'd paid (which was all of it, roughly 1200-1400.00). I still was not satisfied so I called my bank and told them that the charges the company applied was for the incorrect amount and I wanted it reversed. They sent me a form, I filled it out and got my money back. It took a while, but I got my money.
Not sure if there's a time limit on those type of things, but it can't hurt to try.
