Ramada Plaza Resort Glad to get a refund Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I purchased this RPR vacation package, and felt horrible when I saw the reports on this website. I called them immediately and followed the instructions on this website. However, to my surprise, it was pretty easy to get the refund, I just stated the date of my purchase (2 days before the call), the reason (I said my husband was totally against my decision).

Of cause they put me on hold for some time and tried to sell me other packages, I kept saying NO and being polite and finally got the cancellation number and a promise that my full refund will show up in my account within 7-10 business days. I didn't even mention the Seller of Travel Act (which was part of my next step). I bet they get so many cancellations and they just do the refund if it is within the 30 day timeline.

I am glad to get it over and hope to see the money back soon!
