Ramada Plaza Resort In june-July of 2006 I received a package through the mail that it said I have won a free vacation and have 72 hours to call the number. I was so stupid and trust worthy that I did call them back. The sales person so sweetly talked me into purchasing the package and doing all sort of upgrading once I mentioned I like to do this for my husband's birthday and she got my credit card information. It was June of 2006 when I first recieved the package letting me know I won a free vacation and have 72 hours to call back, so being so trust worthy I called them back and the sales lady being so proffesional on smooth talking, talked me in to purchasing the package. Once I told her I wanted to do this for my husband birthday, she started telling me about all these upgrading which would make this a once in a life time vacation to remember and I fel for it. I received many phone calls from them each time selling me different upgrade and every time I asked them about where is my package to confirm my reservation, they said I will receive it soon. They never told me and no where it this package was any thing written about time share.

Finally when we booked the trip for November 9th 2007, I had to pay another upgrade since I didn't have enough time to use all my trips and could not go to any of them till I completed the cruise one. We drove to Ft. lauderdale all day with my husband being sick and when we got there to welcome center was when I found out we had to go to a time share tour in order to get the cruise coupons and the vacation village was 40 miles back on the road the way traveled. By then it was 10 at night, we were tired, hungry and frustrated. The vacation village was in Weston in the middle of no where, we run out of gas, got lost in the dark and finally when we got there, they never heard of us and had no reservation for us. By then my husband was so mad and tired he just turned around and drove back home. I have been trying to get them to refound us for all the money they took from us ($1000.00) and got no where. Please help to direct me to right source.
