Ramada Plaza Resort rip off dishonest sell of round trip cruise of so-called Spectacular Florida/Tropical Caribbean Cruise Ft. Lauderdale Florida

On Feb.15 I recieved a Ramada Plaza Resort voucher for $1,600. It stated that I had 72 hours to make the call. The so-called itinerary included:
~3 nights of "Gold Key" Award Winning accommodations in Sun- Kissed South Florida.

~Round-trip cruise to Nassau, Bahamas aboard Carnival Cruise Lines or Imperial Majesty Cruise Line.

~Guided tour of a beautiful vaction ownership resort.

~2 nights of "Gold Key" Award Winning accommodations in
Magical Orlando, Florida.

~7 days transportation by Alamo Rent-A-Car during your
vacation.

With two bonus trips of:

~3 days and 2 nights in exciting Las Vegas, Nevada.

~4 days 3 nights in romantic Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
They young lady on the line sounded so estatic describing the package to me. Then she said I had to pay a fee of $698 for one person then another $698 on a nother date for the second person to accompany me some time before the date that is scheduled for the trip. I called customer service back to ask if I could get a refund back and she said no because I authorized during the recording that they could take the 698 out of my account. Now that doesn't make any sense because many people make orders on the phone that are recorded and if they aren't satisfied they still get there refund. The lady said that the package I'll be recieving would have instructions to sell the package, being that that woulg be the only way I could get my money back. Well, I got it today(Mar.8th) and there was nothing of the sort.
So, I called Ramada and a man by the name of Phil, ext.#4024 told me that if i found no one to sell it to that they could extend the date of the trip, I'm assuming, 'cause he was very unclear in his speach, so I had more time to sell it.

I just want my money back. I would like for some to help in any way possible to stop these leeches from doing these things to people who don't deserve to be fooled around with.
