How about a refund after 7 yrs. Yup, I bought this trip in 99, and I never went on the trip. When i bought it, I had just got my first credit card. I was inexperienced. Very excited to go on my first very own vacation. I never could gather up the rest of the money for air fare, port charges, etc. I then forgot about it. Last year, I actually found the same offer letter, called them back, and found out that I have to pay extra since it had expired. I was upset and being in financial difficulties I put it aside.

I am now looking to go to Disney without RPR and searching for cheap tickets so I started searching the internet for any deals, and came across the Ramada, Westgate websites. I called the customer service # and some uneducated sales person answered. No lies, this guy was the rudest. It was about 9:45 ET when I called. They were getting ready to close. He reviewed my old account and said,"Man this is old man, you waanna buy a new trip, cause you cant do nothing with this here. Ill give it to you for $598. Same package except the Ft. Lauderdale hotel, and now its Carnival. its different now." I politely said no and if there is a possiple way to get a refund. He replied, "no man, you cant get it. Its too late already. You understand." I then replied, well could I get a supervisor? "There aint no supervisor for you. I aint getting him." I told him that he has to get one when a customer request it. "Nope. Im not going. Im not gonna find him right now anyway. People going home now, Sir." I asked him his name since I missed it the first time. He refused. I was pissed. Was this a joke? I calmed down and wondered if this was recorded, so I played along. I kept insisting for a supervisor. He kept saying nope. I then asked him if I could buy the package, out of curiosity. He said, "no man i changed my mind, your packaged expired. I dont have to give anything." I was shocked. I asked him if this is how you treat others. "Nah man" So I replied, You know what, your a fking a*****e. This guy started laughing and said, " I know sir, everybody says the same thing, but you could call back and someone else will help you. I hung up and called back. A polite girl answered and actually told me that I can renew the old package something the previous guy denied when asked. I want my money back bad at this point, especially discovering this website and all the stories. Anyone has advise for me. Please write. Thanks. Sincerely, Gerry, Yonkers NY.
