Ramada Plaza Resorts ramada plaza resorts total ripoff Fort Lauderdale Florida

i purchased my trip thru ramada resorts at first they were very kind.until i called for a refund i explained in brief detail why i was not able to take the trip i was hung up on by karen who was rude when i asked to speak with a manager she then hung up on me again.i called back and spoke to a ronny he said i could not get a refund because my trip was paid in full. i called back again i was told by another young lady that i had just called and i still was not getting a refund i could write the attorney general or call whomever it wouldn't matter
i was not getting a refund.


i was told if i didn't cancell within 3 days due to illinois law i could not cancell.does il law have anything to do with a a trip i paid for to florida ? all i want is my $198 refunded i don't care what anyone says they don't explain all these things to you people work hard for there money without us ramada would not be in business please give me some advice.it has not been 30 days
