Ramblewood East Condo Association Unethical practices, very poor business decisions Coral Springs, Florida

This Condo Association has raised it's condo fees to such an extent, they are making it impossible for anyone to sell a unit, or even afford to rent units. Due to increased insurance and other costs, and the deficit created by having empty condo units, they will continue to face ever increasing financial losses as more tenants loose their units due to these increased condo fees.

It is very unfair that the condo units are divided into three separate entities and are assessed different fees so that the same size unit can be charged double what other units are charged, only because they are in a different part of the development.

The other outrageous aspect is that this association combined the condo fee with a special assessment, almost doubling the condo fee in one year! Is there no retribution for condo owners who are treated this unfairly?

This association is making incredibly bad business decisions.. and they remain invisible and non-communicative to residents that voted them in their positions.
