Rauscher-Bekke Rip Off Miami Florida

I have been dealing with this nightmare since June 29 when I found a charge of $78.53 on my account. I had ordered a trial offer of Derma-Define from the Internet. I was to pay $5.99 for s&h.

I received the product on Friday the 12th of June. I tried it and decided I was not interested, so I cancelled the offer on Monday the 15th of June. I was really surprised when that charged showed up on my account on June 29th. I have been fighting this since then. I just got off of the phone with anothe of their customer service reps. I was told zI rould receive a refund in two business weeks.

Please bear in mind that I have been calling this company sine June 29. when I was told that I would receive a refund within 7 business days. In the 7th of July, I called again and was told that it would be 2 to 3 business days. No refund yet! I was on hold for 18 minutes this morning and after holding for 20 minutes, I talked to a different customer service rep who told me it would be two weeks before I get my money.

I have learned an invasluable lesson. I will never sign up for another free trial. I think I am going to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General.
