As other people have warned on here. REACHOUT WIRELESS never ships out upgrade phones! I paid 150 dollars for an old a*s iphone 4 and its now been over a week and its still never been shipped. Whenever I contact them all they say is 'wait another 2 days' WELL I'M SICK OF WAITING! Do not buy anything from this company. i'm checking one last time today (3-11-2015) and if it's not shipped today I'm going to dispute the credit card charge.
