Reachout Wireless Customer Service Non-exsistant! Nationwide

I applied for a free cellphone from Reachout on May 5th, 2014. After not hearing ANYTHING after a month I called their customer service and was told I needed to send  a State ID. So I did. Again I heard nothing. Last week I called to find out status and after being on hold for 25 minutes I hung up. So this morning I used their "chat"  customer service and was told I needed to send my proofs, that they did not have them. I said that wasn't true. He also said my account was cancelled. I told him he was just trying to get rid of me. He then agreed they had my proofs but the account was still cancelled. He gave it to the "concerned team" to fix the issue and I could contact them again in 3-5 business days. So while searching the companies President to send this ridiculous chat to and let him know his customer service sucks, I came across the Ripoff report. And everyone should beware of this Reachout Wireless. They are absolute idiots. I think I will continue to pay ATT through the nose rather than deal with these idiots.
