reachout was contacted almost 2 years ago for a replacement phone, i was told to send $75 or getone of my own. i got a reachout wireless phone from someone that had change from them and was told that i could not use it. i got another phone and was told i could not use this one ether. the phone they sent to me warranty went out in 1987 and it broke in half. when phone broke, it had approximately 89 hours on it. i checked online to see if my time was being rolled over and found that someone was using to call india and other parts of the world. i thought that the phone was off, but found that it is still on and being used. i am switching to assurance and would like to know it there is a goverment agency or company that i can report r/w to for there is no telling how many phones they are collecting for and indviduals are not using them....
