WARNING!  Do not use Ready Debit.   You will lose your money.  Ready Debit is a fraudulent operation.   I had an account for over four years and tolerated egregious fees and mediocre customer service. 

Suddenly, without warning they suspended my account freezing all of the money in it.   This disrupted many auto-payments that were set to debit not to mention I cannot access the money in there and it's a weekend.   The email addresses for Ready Debit  customer service listed on their web site are not working and you will get your email bounced back.  What kind of business allows bad email addresses to be presented to customers as valid?   A business that does not care about its customers that's what kind of business.  

After going through a bunch of barriors I finally got a hold of customer service.   I spoke to some hard to understand persons in the Philippians.  They are telling me in order to unfreeze my account I will have to provide a bunch of documents many of which I had already provided them.   If Ready Debit had asked for this information BEFORE suspending my account without warning, I may have went along and provided them.  Also, why did I have to chace them around so much to find out what the supposed problem is? 

According to the customer service people this is a standard practice of Ready Debit - to freeze customer accounts without warning.  I am now of opinion this tactic of freezing accounts is part of their business model and an additional profit center for them.    Yea, get people to load up their accounts with cash, freeze their account and then make it difficult and time consuming for customers to comply with their new conditions knowing that some customers will finally give up and let Ready Debit keep their money.    STAY AWAY from Ready Debit.
