This company deliberately makes it difficult or impossible to cancel online or by telephone. You can try the service very easily but forget about getting the first $49.95 back. You will be charged and you will have great difficulty getting a refund. I even cancelled this with my bank but Realtytrac resubmitted the charge. This company should be sued for the way in which they are, no doubt, ripping off consumers for millions of dollars.
