Rec Warehouse kept my money and didn't deliver product Norcross Georgia

I paid more than $12,000 to the store manager, Derek Carruth, for a Sundance spa. Rec Warehouse cashed my check and ordered the hot tub from the manufacturer, but failed to deliver once the hot tub was built.

Every time I called the manager about it, he would make some excuse as to why it was delayed. He even told me that my hot tub had been involved in a truck accident and had to rebuilt. I called the manufacturer to verify. 

The manufacture (Sundance) said the spa had been built and was undamaged, not involved in any truck accident.  They said that they had made 5 calls to Rec Warehouse to try to get them to pay for the spa and pick it up for delivery to me, but that Rec Warehouse had not returned their calls.  Sundance recommended I request a refund from Rec Warehouse, but Rec Warehouse is not returning my money!

It seems I need to take them to court to try to get my money back. What is worse is that I needed this hot tub in a timely way to help me both prepare for and recover from surgery kidney transplant surgery. Not only have they stolen my money, but they are preventing me from using something I need for improving my health.

If you do business here, be sure to pay with a credit card so that you can dispute the charge if they fail to deliver your hot tub (I paid by check). If you don't get a delivery date for your spa within a month, call the manufacturer to see if it has been ordered or built. BBB rating for this company is an "F." I used them because they are the only Sundance dealer in my area but it sure was a big mistake.
