When a new property management company was put in charge of our HOA, our auto-payments did not transfer. I did not even know we had a new management company! The "management" company, Rossmar and Graham made no attempt to contact us regarding this past due bill and sent it directly to the collections agency, Red Rock Financial.
Red Rock Financial then proceeded to file for a lien on my home without contacting me about the payment due. I filed a dispute. I then received a bill from our HOA (The Islands Community Association) for which I paid.
I then received another Notice of Claim to Lien from Red Rock Financial stating that since I had not paid another bill they CLAIM to have sent out that they were filing another lien and charging more exorbitant fees on top of the fees that have already charged - all for a bill I wanted to pay in the first place!
By not contacting me in a timely manner on two occasions, Red Rock Financial fraudulently put a lien on my home and over-charged for their services.
