Redwood Paper Paper Supply SCAM Champlain New York

At the end of November 2008 I received an order of Debit Paper Rolls and Cleaning Cards from Redwood Paper the total charge was $258.50, the order was never authorized by myself or my store manager but rather the invoice indicated that the charges were authorized by a part time store clerk. I paid the invoice and on the invoice indicated that the person that authorized the purchase was not authorized to do so and for them to discontinue any further orders. I asked the clerk whom they indicated had authorized the order if she had contacted them or if they contacted her and she said that they contacted the store and said that an order had been placed and that all they needed was authorization to ship the order out, at which time she did not knowing that this was a scam. On January 29, 2009 we received another order from Redwood Paper. The invoice again indicated that the order was authorized by my store clerk and this time the charges were $368.90. I did not open the box and immediately contacted Redwood Paper at which time the telephone was answered by a machine, I explained that we had not ordered nor authorized the ordering of this product and that the box was not open. I asked them to simply send me a return shipping label and I would gladly send the box back to them. I never heard back from them so on February 9, 2009 I sent a letter explaining the same, on February 20, 2009 I received a demanding call from a woman claiming to be the owner of Redwood Paper stating that if I did not return the paper or pay the invoice at my expense she would sue me. We went round and round and ended in a bad note with her threatening to sue me. I told her it would be cheaper for her to send a return label rather than sue me and she said that her sister was an attorney and it would not cost her a dime. She told me not to contact her or she would sue me for harrasment. This is an ugly,scarry scam!!!! BEWARE
