Redwood Paper rip off Champlain , New York

I recieved a package of paper rolls from Redwood paper that came 8 months after an order was placed. Apparently an ex manager who has no authorization placed an order in two parts - one for now and one to be reissued in 5 months. When the order arrived I had no idea it was coming nor did I need the product. The product total was 36 rolss of paper for $368 - or $12.27 per roll - when I can get it for $4

I called and the "owner" called me back. When I requested that I did not need this order and wanted to ship it back she said unfortunatley we cannot take an order back. I sdaid thats fine I will not pay it then. I hung up.

She called me back and left a message stating that I was rude and childish...I deleted the message I could not bear to listen to her any further. I went ot find a website so I could forward the return-ship info back to them, to no avail. Thats how I came across this venue.

Somehow this process of having an order shipped 5 months later without review or notification, although probably not illegal, is misleading at the least. Her indignant attitude was funny and quite like she was sitting on corn cob.
