Regis Hair Salon Bizarre Hair Style meets with refusal to redo or refund. Next day, manager offers to redo at double the price. Altamonte Springs Florida

My daughter went to Regis to style her hair for senior photos.  When I arrived, I noticed they had straighted the top half of her head and curled the bottom half.  When I asked the stylist to redo either half (straighten it all or curl it all) she said she did not have the time.  When I asked for someone else to do it, she said she was the most qualified one in the store.  She refused to give me a credit or discount.  When I threatened to not pay, she said she was going to have to call the police.  I followed up with her supervisor the next day and she told me she could redo it if I want to schedule the photos again, but would charge me double the price.  Regis is a rip off.
