Regis Salon Hates Decent Employees Flint Michigan

I am currently an employee of Regis Salon. I have been employed there for almost three years. Recently I went on maternity leave that was approved through FMLA. I was guaranteed my job back (which was manager) with the same pay as before. We are a commission salon.

When I returned to work part time as just a stylist, I found that my prices had been lowered, therefore lowering my pay. My manager told me to change my prices when I rang people up to reflect my old higher prices, then proceeded to write me up and terminate me for doing exactly what she said to do. She is mad because I reported her to the home office for being rude and unprofessional. Now she is trying to either fire me or get me to quit.

This company is a joke and they do not follow the rules. My district manager actually got into an argument with one of my clients about something that has nothing to do with hair! Not only is the salon dirty, the stylists are not skilled. I am looking for a new job at a salon that appreciates talent and decent workers. Do not go to Regis Salon in Genesee Valley Mall.
