It is clear that you haven't had a good experience as a real estate investor. From your statement, we would assume that you were trying to fix-and-flip properties (a strategy that we encourage new investors to avoid for at least a year or ten deals) and got left holding the bag once the market turned south. Unfortunately, many other investors found themselves in the same situation.

It is also clear that you did not understand our local partner program. We do not provide leads; we provide a platform that you can plug into to grow your wholesaling business and the education to help you grow it quickly. You are right, it can be hard work, but your efforts can truly transform your life.
