Remedy Center offered help with a loan modification. I was told that the 3995.00 was for closing cost. . I was also told that our home would be protected from foreclosure while in the program. My home loan was sold to another bank and they could not reach Remedy. Fear the house may be lost since it has been over twelve months since the process started
