Hello ,

 

First of all, I really do appreciate you considering my home. The closets are big, the bedrooms are spacious, and the windows let in alot of natural light.

 

This 1 bedrooms 1.0 baths rental has not had any pets in the past yet accepts pets. It is free of stains or odors. There are no breed restrictions and there is no fee or deposit.

 

Should your pet(s) cause damage to the rental, you will be responsible for making all repairs.

 

To rent our home we will need the following:

 

1. Valid Driver's License or Picture ID

2. Rental Agreement (month to month, 6 months, or 1 year)

3. 1st months rent

4. Completed background check for each applicant

 

Background checks can be completed online using Rental Verified: link.

 

If you have a criminal record or poor rental history, don't worry, I am willing to work something out.

 

There are many more reasons to tour the home. It has been neatly kept and the kitchen is beautiful. Has a washer and dryer along with being located in a high demand community.

 

I will bring the lease agreement with me to the showing. I also ask for background checks to be completed by all applicants.

 

When you're done with your background check and are ready to setup a viewing, let me know. It will be in a .pdf file and you can print it and bring to the viewing or email it to me.

 

I would like to be able to speak with you when you have time. What would be the best number to reach you on?

 

I'll be available tomorrow, Tuesday, morning. Can you think of a time that might work the best for you}?
