Republic services Have not refund money paid in advance for services that was canceled. Mount Vernon, Columbus Ohio

We paid Republic services on 5/23/18 total of $137.95 in advance for trash pickup services for the months of June, July, August 2018. We had only one trash pickup in June after a 2 week delay. i sent a letter to Republic services on June 15, 2018 to cancel services.

I sent the letter to Republic services located at 933 Frank Road, Columbus, Ohio 43223 which is their billing location. i attempted to contact via telephone a couple weeks later and they were not taking calls.

i contacted local office at 107 Tilden Ave., Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 via telephone 7403970735 and spoke to lady named Sherry. She agreed i was due a refund and would contact responsible office to process.  We have not received a refund.
