Republic Services Not Picking UP our TRASH/Charging $24 to Pick up Their CART If We Cancel Their Service Winder Georgia

I am having a problem with my weekly trash collection.  The company name is Repulic Services out of Winder, Ga, and they have ignored my requests over and over for a missed pickup.  I have even had my concerns escallated by their customer service reps, but to no avail.  My whole neighborhood has not been picked up, and no one at Republuc will tell us when we will be serviced.  All we keep getting is that they are having driver issues.  It seems that they couldnt care less about their customers, and I am going to write to their CEO Don Slager to get to the bottom of this problem  Maybe that will help, who knows?  On the last phone call to them, I was told that if I wanted to cancel my service that they will charge me $24 to come pick up their container.  I searched their website, but it has nothing posted regarding a charge to pick up a container.  I am very upset with this company.  This is the 4th missed pick-up for me since Jan 2018.  Each time we have had to wait a whole week until they pick up and by that time we have two weeks of garbage piled up besides the full can.  This is totally unaceptable and I am paid up with them until July 31st as I pay in advance.  I want what I have paid for, but they dont want to service our area as scheduled.
