Time Shaer Resales by Owners was listed on Redweek site. I visited several sites listed offering Time Share Sales. (April -August 2008). Filled out application for TimeSharesbyOwners.com and others.
A couple of companie contacted me by email/cell phone. When they stated I had to pay upfront fee I declined.

I had not sold my Timeshare week online thru RedWeek. I had to use it or pay more for RCI or othe Membership & Exchange. I wanted to avoid $700 MF Nov/Dec 2008.
AUGUST 8,2008: Rick Berman called assuring me he could sell my T.S. He had selling them for 10+ years.
Mr. Berman said that sales techniques;

presentations/gifts would sell my TS Wk in 2 weeks @ $5000 to $10,000. He extoled his sucesses and talked about his family, was quite ameniable.

I hesitated was going to hang up when he said he needed $1050; But conceded when he guaranteed my TOTAL ($1050) would be refunded , if TIMESHARE NOT SOLD within 90 days(by Oct 10 2008).

Mr. Berman told me the main office was Registered in Miami Florida. Mr. Berman referred me to his Marketing Dept. They taped my Bank Card Nos.( I never do such, I must have been hypmotized) They have MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS and $1050. THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED from my Banks.( I didn't have enought in one account had to pay balance from another bank.)

I did Research Company name. Received Email.
I emailed company and Mr. Kevin White.Mgr returned my email w/infor. regarding their company/registration.
08/27/08 I Website is NOT LISTED?? Neither Rick Berman or the telephone numbers(386-761-7113 & 386-631-0101).were listed, only 800 numbers & local numbers. No listing for Port Orange, Florida.

Mr. Berman returned my call 08/23/08 (Sunday)after several of my messages to the above numbers.
AUGUST 25, 2008: Mr. Rick Berman was to email /call me Comfirmation of Payment and to send my REFUND, Certified post, to my physical address.
No contact.

Aug. 25 2008 and Aug. 26 th Email and Calls to Cellphone & Business. Calls not returned. No. information or confirmation of REFUNDing my One Thousand Fifty Dollars.

Checked BBB, Not found. Google Search ResalebyOwners Site for sale. Las used 2005.

I am REally need this to pay my Winter Fuel Bill. I am on strick, close budget. I advised this to Mr. Berman, before he took my money.... He did say they would wait a week before deducting money from my bank accounts...Not So.

They deducted it right away. Tranaction was from Port Orange, Florida.
