Residential Relief Foundation Blantently took $1000.00 from me, stating that they can get me a loan modification, when in essence they take your money and send you an empty binder. Furthermore, after you pay in full they do not an West Chester, Pennsylvania

Residential Relief Foundation/John Richardson, convinced me that it would be in my best interest not to pay my mortgage & pay them $1000.00 & they would make sure that Bank of America woul modify my loan. In essence, after you pay them in full, they send you a empty binder with promises to send info in future(i.e. cost benefit analysis ect.) However, you don not recieve anything nor hear from them anymore via e-mail or phone. 

Therefore, RRF is a joke, scam artist & fraud/theives. Don't even converse with them whatsoever. Furthermore, convince you to pay them and not your mortgage, sending you more and more likely to loose your home.

They are 100% ripoff artist!
