July2003 I allowed REM to take $685. from my account to sell a time share. I never heard from them again. This was an expensive lesson. I would have been better off to donate it to some none profit company. I would not have felt so Ripped Off.

Hey there Bruce. I am sorry to hear your property never sold. I had listed mine with Resort Equity Marketing back in 2008 and they definitely got my property sold within their guarantee period. Here's the the thing...you have to read your contract! It says you have to call in every 90 days and if you do not the listing gets taken off their site. I learned my lesson because I didn't call in again until the 5th month, luckily for me they were nice enough to renew the ad without me having to pay another fee. But the info was all there in the contract. Anyway, once they gave me a renewal I got an offer about 3wks later. I was pretty happy that I actually got to get rid of this thing. Why don't you give it another shot?? THANKS RESORT EQUITY MARKETING!
