Called customer service explained that I had cancelled within the first 24 hours. Was told they had no resord of this and could I send a screen shot of my cancellation. How could I do this if my account had been cancelled? Absurd and knew at this point this company was using deceptive practices to deter customers from disputing the charges. I asked to speak to Adell's the customer service rep's supervisor. I was told she was in a meeting and would not be available for some time. I asked to speak to the accounting dept. They also were not availble. I told the rep that I would hold until someone was available and Adell the account rep hung up on me. Called back this time the customer service rep that answered was Betty. Funny Betty was Adell's supervisor who was not available just 1 minute earlier. You know these boiler room techniques are very old but effective if you let them deter you from receiving the money owed you.

Resume Genius you are a fraudualent company for using deceptive practices to offer a trial for $1.99 and charge an additional $1.00 without my knowledge. Then canceling your service within 24 hours and you then charge my account $39.95 14 days later like I never cancelled my account for a service that you claimed would only be $9.95 a month if I decided to keep your service.

I hope the people I report you to close your doors and let there be room for someone else's product that provides a service that people desire and are proud to pay the service charges every month.
