Resume Genius "Free" resume was NOT free. San Fransisco California

 I was upset at work and decided to make a resume for a new job.  Found "free" resume service on internet.

Filled out form,  then found out it cost $4.95.  I thought "Oh well, that isn't too bad."  Did notice that I had a trial

membership.  Was in a hurry I guess,  thought it said one month. 

Noticed this morning on pending charges on discover card, that the company had charged me $29.00. 

I canceled immediately and emailed and chatted with people that work for company.  They were adament

that I will not receive refund for days I will not use.  I am furious that they would try to trick people into

signing up for FREE service, then take advantage of the small print and charge the money to my account.

At the very least I feel they should go ahead and keep the $4.95 but refund back the unused portion of the

$29.00.  I canceled one day too late,  so they should charge me $1.00 for that day,  not the full amount.

I feel like they were not even willing to negotiate and I felt stupid and used.
