RGS Financial Don't do what they say they will Nationwide
*UPDATE Employee ..inside information: RGS Financial Office of the President
Contacted them on 6/17/2016 regarding collection letter I received. I made a settlement offer that they had to send to the original creditor for approval. They said it takes about a week to hear back from the creditor and to call back on 6/24. When I called back, they hadn't heard back from the creditor. I then contacted the original creditor who had not received any information from RGS regarding the settlement offer.
Treat this company like a 3rd grade child who doesn't want to do homework - check up on them and make sure they do what they say they are going to.
