RGS Financial reported a fraudulent account to my credit report which is not mine, then after I disputed it with Experian claimed to have verified the debt! I contacted the original debter (COX communications) and verified after I closed the account with them I have no outstanding debt with them and NO complaint or dispute was filed against me and not sent to ANY collections agency. I will begin the process of filing a law suit against this company and Experian for for violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Defamation. I will also look into crimminal action against the company as well.
