I too paid for the affiliate program, with the full intention of becoming a client myself. After finally tracking him down he set multiple appointments with me to get the process started. Then he failed to make a single appointment he set over a period of weeks. Never even bothered to address the appointments he did not keep.
I contacted my credit card company about a charge back. They indicated I would need to get another person who had a similar experience to give me a letter I could submit on their companies letterhead.
I am here asking anyone who has had this experience who either wants a letter from me or would be willing to help me with a letter regarding the poor business practices of Richard Goddeau.

We paid for the affiliate program and a leased corp. Obviously we didn't get anything. We contacted our bank and began the process of a charge back. We also contacted Google Checkout and let them know this company was a fraud and took our money. Google Checkout refunded us our money after investigating, and told us they will no longer process payments for GSCSC. I would recommend working with Google Checkout.
