Rite Rug Extremely Poor Customer Service within all levels of the Company Columbus Ohio

Customer Service beginning at the store level all the way to the owners desk is a company that you will find horrible service.

Because they are big, it is of no interest that they want to please anyone nor have any quality customer service from all levels.    People get their carpet cheaper and let issues go.  And they may as well as nothing will be done to satisfy an unhappy customer.

I will never do business with Rite Rug again after all they put me through and with no apologies.

Dont look the other way.  GO TO ANOTHER STORE, especially if you want better quality.  You get what you pay for at Rite Rug. Horrible business practice.  Average to below average knowledge.

If you are set in shopping due to lower price, learn the products, make RITE RUG sign an agreement that THEY will be responsible.  Don't let RITE RUG make you sign an agreement.  They are working for you!   Make them be responsible for their mistakes and make them correct them properly!

BETTER YET, go to another carpet store, I bet they will match the price and have quality control!
