RJM has a false account on my wifes credit report, she has never had a Fingerhut account. Little do they know an attorney friend says we have a very strong case, because RJM is violating several federal laws, Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Does anyone know of a class action suit agaisnt them? We have laid all the ground work for a very strong case against them. We are ready to sue. Please contact me by using the rebuttal box below if you have anything new to add. Please reference RJM case.
