In May 2008 a nice-looking man knocked on my door. He was selling magazine subscriptions to win a trip to Europe. There was another young man doing the same further down the block.

I agreed to purchase Glamour Magazine and gave him a check. My check cleared the bank deposited to RLA, Inc. But I have yet to receive a magazine. I now think I have been had and will never see the magazines.

Rediculous Company Updates with lies

This is crap, the company doesn't ever mail the product.  I saw one response from the company that I can't find that said the receipt says allow 120 days for delivery and to wait and they were sure that it would arrive.  Bull crap.  I placed my order in December of 2008, it is now March 2010 and still have not received anything.  Do not believe these bogus replies to reports.  It's just a sad attempt to keep whatever scam victims they have coming up; and to keep people in the dark until the full 120 days passed and I'm sure they've changed whatever number they used for them to place the order.

Dear Ms. Collins,
Please allow me to start by saying we do apologize for the long delay in responding to your complaint. However, our records indicate that not only are you receiving your magazines but, you receieved them in a very timely matter.

You placed your order May 7th. It was submitted to the publisher by July 30th and sent to you immediately. So we hope that you are happy with your product.

And we would like for you to know that you did not receive your product because you complain on this web site, you receieved your product because we did our job.

It amazes me that people will come onto this web site and complain but, when you receive the product that you paid for you won't follow up and say I did in fact recieve my product and maybe I judge a little to quick about this company.

You have a wonderful day Ms. Collins and we hope you are enjoying your magazines.
