RLA Inc. Never recieved subscriptions Aubrey, Texas

This is an older complaint and I have seen several others like it from this same company here and other places. On May 23, 2009 I had a very friendly girl approach me as I was coming home from the store. She told me she was in a competition selling magazine subscriptions to win a trip. I ordered two one year subscriptions and I never recieved the magazines. These people are VERY skilled and charming scam artists. The girl was so personable and humorous that it didn't cross my mind I was being scammed. It's a shame, I was looking forward to getting my Flash Tattoo and Mad magazines.  Even if RLA Inc as a business has been disolved, I think the magazine publishers should know this company and others like it are using their reputed names to scam people out of money.
