This is to let consumers know how ROKU is treating its customers.

I was looking into the possibility of purchasing a ROKU unit.  But came across a problem with ROKU service.   I currently have a subscription to Netflilx.  According to ROKU, even though I have an active subscription to Netflix,  I'd still have to pay a subscription fee to ROKU to add Netflix to the ROKU channel line-up.  So, if I decided to purchase a ROKU device,  I would have to have two subscriptions to Netflix (one through my ISP, and another through ROKU ).  This does sound like ROKU is taking advantage of customers, and double-billing them.

I have Roku, and can assure you that there is no need for a second Netflix account. After getting your Roku set up, just open the Netflix app and log in using your existing Netflix username & password. Richard
