I ordered a pipe in november '08 and it did'nt come for a month and a half so i thought i would call, and there was no answer but they returned my call and the " Rollguy" said it is on back order that it would be there the next week or early the week after, well needless to say, here we are. So after doing verry little research I have found that Two guys run the site and they play the middle men for wholesale companies. So the reason it takes so long is that those shady liars have to get up enough money to get a deal. The thief's name is Marlo Franson and he lives in vancouver, you can most likely find him in comedy clubs on open-mic nights, espesially Yuk Yuk's. He is a short( 5'3-5'7) fat bald man with black hair and goat-tee, he looks like a cross between George Castanza from Seinfeld and Julian from the canadian hit show Trailer Park Boys... Explanation BAT2C-Brass

I just want to explain how this happened. I make orders with my supplier, and I do this every week to one or more suppliers. When I ordered this it is marked down as BAT2c-b,keeping in mind this is not all I order. When the person at the supply company puts it in the computer the computer like google thinks ahead to what you are ordering. Since they do this manually what would pop up first is BAT2-b (no claw), they would then without thinking put quantity down and not notice the c. This happened 3 times when ordering with them. I would get my order which I explained orders that are local take a week to get (as my supplier needs 2-3 days sometime to get this all packed), then we pack all those orders and get them out the next week and so on. So everytime I ordered the claw I go the wrong one, on my 4th attempt, I did not set down the order to pack, wish I did as I normally do, so the unclaw one was sent. Simple, after 4 tries to get this it was still wrong, so my next order I went back to my supplier and ordered it specifically right then and I then mailed several days later. I at no time wanted this to happen, nor did I plan for it, I stated the slow down on this and there was no rush order request. So yes she got her order and I do apologize for this but as you can see not everyone gets an order in a timely manner due to (mostly) stock issues, whereupon I have to await for the item to come back in stock, which can take 2-3 months sometimes. So there is slow downs but do not hold it against us there is always other factors involved but when it finally gets out you will get it. Anyways, I meant no harm and did what I could if that is a fault I am sorry you had to deal with something so trivia. In the end like everyone else they get their order or a refund or a substitute or a resent order (in case of lost orders). When we have our own warehouse filled with inventory we will announce it but until then we are a two man operation.

         Yes I did receive my order almost 3 months later. After you sent the second package the product was right but not the first package. He did let me keep the order that was not right along with the right order that he sent later on. I will not order from him again because he is not on top of his game and I don't want to wait forever for my product! It was really annoying getting exscuse after exscuse because of the fact that I was hearing basically the same thing over and over again along with reading all of the other complaints on here. Reading all of the other complaints on this website really put a downer on my spirits because I figured I was going to get really screwed from this Marlo guy because he doesn't seem very reliable according to the other comments on here about Marlo. He did come through just not quickly at all. I won't be ordering from him again. But I dont care because I got what I want. So, im done now. Whatever Marlo. Peace out.

Yes this is Kim from Marlo's (Rollguy) comment listed above. Yes I finally received my order earlier this month. The second time my order got sent to me it was right but not the first. I had to wait almost 3 months to get a 2 inch brass bat with a claw end. I was/am really pissed I had to wait that long for something so small and not unique in any way. Im not saying Marlo doesn't send a order/the right order....eventually. It just takes him FOREVER to send anything at all. It irritates me that he charges peoples credit cards practically the day that the order is made (this is what happened in my case) and then he makes people wait for sooo long. I don't understand why he can't step up his game. I know "its only a two man operation" quote from Marlo, but come on don't you care about your customers happiness at all? Don't you want people to say nice things about you? Don't you understand that something is wrong with your business since your getting ALOT of complaints on here and on as well??? Not even to mention how many complaints you have on the better business bureau website! The only reason I waited as long as I did for this order was because this stupid little bat was something I couldn't find at a local shop and I had to look at several different websites to even find one. Weird huh? I have seen a few people with bats like this. I don't care anymore because I got what I wanted but I definetly won't be ordering from Marlo ever again. In fact from now on when I do ordering from a new store/online websites, anything/anywhere I'm consulting this website and as well!!!! Im tired of getting f**ked with. Peace out.

I spoke with Kim on several occassion. I ordered the piece she made several times and every order made the item was sent without the claw. I even shipped out the order but was informed the order was wrong most likely an error with my packer who did not notice the missing claw. I resent the order to the customer after they told me the order was wrong. She did receive this order. If we can not fullfill an order we do offer substitutions, or refunds usually via Money Order. The customer wanted the order and continued to wait for it even when we had problems getting it from our supplier. In the end we sent the correct order and this order is completed. The customer will confirm she did receive the correct order.

Why do people have to contact you several times after placing an order to make sure they get it? Don't you think that a GOOD business owner should be on top of ALL orders and making their customers happy? How can you think you are doing nothing wrong when I have seen over 10 complaints atleast on this website and on and on the better business bureau where you have 36 complaints on there???? Don't you think something needs to change for the better on your end? If I don't identify myself I know you will bring it up in your rebuttal so my name is Kim Mashburn :-) I know your "supposed" to send me my right order and we will see if that happens or not.

Rollies is a good company and customers will get their orders.

Hello. I am the owner of rollies and I want to say I have contacted the person who ordered from us on why the delay for the the order. Anyone can call us or email us for information on their order and it is displayed on our site, we also can refund orders if it is an extreme emergency such as this, so I encourage people to contact us if you are waiting on an order. We deal with many suppliers who have the large warehouses of stock and we are not as what the customer stated above, and I ask you do not believe these comments as they were made out of misinformation. Since the customer had already spoken with us it is weird that they did not try again or email us instead of writing false information here. Firstly, all orders will get shipped out unless the item(s) is discontinued or out of stock, hence the delays. Second, we order from suppliers every week, there is no deals, we just order from them and get out orders weekly and wait for out of stock items to come back in, sometimes this takes month, after all it is the glass blowing industry. If the order is not shipped yet it is because we have not gotten the order yet from the supplier or it is being packed and shipped out the following week. We update every account that gets shipped out. Thirdly, I am 6' tall, not bald, nor do I do open mic nights or yuk yuks and so you would not be able to find me at anyone of those. I encourage everyone to contact us first via email or phone to get a response or just hold on the order will come soon. Thanks for your time and remember do not believe the above information rollies is a good company and we send out all orders unless there is a complication of stock issues but in the end we will still send replacements if need be.
