Ordered 2xs from website. Second order came first. I ordered according to size chart on website and the item did not fit. They tried to give a discount on next item instead of refunding or exchanging. So I advised I wanted a refund on the items not shipped. They advised it would be $3/item. I agreeded. I got no answer or refund. I created two more ticket asking for refund with no response. Then they shipped the items anyways. I tried to create a new ticket and it would not let me. I wish I could sue them for their poor website and customer service.
