Rosewe This company charged my account for items on Feb 28, 2016, I received the items the first week of April 2016.  Shanghai, China RoseWe.com Official Website

The items were delivered without an invoice or a return authorization. The packing label show that the items were sent from Shanghai, China. I am unable to contact anyone from this company because there is no legitimate phone number to call. They have a "Contact Us' tab but when you click on it to try and contact them you only get a lot of questions that you don't have the aswers to. They ask for a order number, unfortunatetly all numbers identified on the packages are incorrect. The items are of the poorest quality i've ever seen and they look nothing like what was displayed in the picture on the website. Completely a fraud..

I am writing to report the company known as Rosewe. It is the biggest scam i've ever encountered.  I oredered what appeared to be very trendy and nice items based on the pictures displayed.  To my surprise 6 weeks after ordering I received some of the poorest quality garments I've ever seen.  One item was displayed as a jean outfit but it was a polyester/spandex type of material.  Another pair of pants were so poorly made they actually came all the way up under my chest. Another pair of pants one leg was two inches longer than the other.  The two dresses were just nothing like they looked online.  The were delivered without an invoice and when I tried to go online to return them I could never get past the part where it ask for the item number because none of the number displayed on the package were identifiable. There is no US phone number listed.  I am disappointed and feel as though I've been had. I'm out of $121.78 and I have nothing worthy of showing for the money they have taken.. I'm sure there are many in the same boat as I becuase they items look so lovely online and very reasonably priced.  I will never order from that company again.
