rosland capital used deceptive tactics to sell me over-priced coins & lied about the quality of coins I was to receive santa monica, California

After viewing rosland capital's  ads on the fox news channel I thought I would make a small investment in silver. A sales rep. advised me to purchase 35 $1 Morgan Silver Dollars in MS63 condition @ 84$ each,way,way over priced! and 55 Morgan Peace Dollars in AU to VFine condition @ 36.60 each, not too bad. But when my shipment arrived I found that only 10 of the  Morgan Peace Dollars met the numismatic discription of AU to VFine and the other 45 coins were in very poor shape. Of course I complained to the co. They told me to ship them back and promised to correct their error. When I called back a few days later to follow up they told me they could no longer keep that promise but I could purchase other silver items or buy gold. Sooooo, how can a business like this, that has ripped off other trusting people like myself, stay open??? Anyone out there figure this one out, please to let me know!!
