Roto Rooter Deceptive, Sent man with camera agreed to Chg of 479 but chgd 600, Did not leave DVD Tacoma Washington

We had a plugged sewer pipe under house. Called Roto Rooter, Aberdeen, WA, and first Serviceman came out from Olympia WA area and said we needed a camera to check it out. He told us it would cost 479 dollars and we would get a DVD from it showing problem. When camera man came out he said there was a sway in the pipeline under the garage of which I could not agree because it didn't look like it to me as the water all drained out when he got the camera through the plug. Well then he claimed after he assessed cost of new system to be 8000 dollars that it took longer then normal so he charged us close to 600 dollars and said that the DVD would be in the mail. After contacting the company they said they would check into it but never heard back and then again trying they said the camera man must have deleted it. Ripoff company from the word go.
