UTILITY COMPANIES RUTINELY HIRE OUTSIDE AGENCIES TO COLLECT PAST DUE BILLS WHEN I WORKED FOR AN AGENCY IN PHOENIX, WE GOT ACCTS FROM BOTH ELECTRIC COMPANIES HERE. DID YOU THINK THE AGENCY PULLED YOUR NAME OUT OF A HAT & GUESSED HOW MUCH YOU OWED & TO WHOM? THAT IS NOT PUBLIC INFO. MY ADVICE IS TO JUST DEAL WITH THEM & MAKE THE BEST OF THE SITUATION.
