Rpm Collections harrasing telephone call Nationwide

I recieved a telephone call on a sunday afternoon. There was a voicemail that said if I were a certain person please stay on the line- well I wasn't the person but wanted to know what it was about... I stayed on the line.. eventually they hung up(obviously computer generated.) I called the number on my phone and the unpleasant woman told me about a delinquent bill-electric? from sanfrancisco ( I live in ohio)I told her never to call my # again because there was no one by the name she was referring to at this address. she accused me of pretending to be someone I was not and that it was against the law. All I did was mention the name they asked for on the recorded message... I have no idea what this whole thing was about and told her never to call me again. She was very reactionary when I hung up on her.
