SA Fishing RIP OFF DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY DO NOT REFUND WHEN YOU ASK Boca Raton Florida

On December 19/2016 I ordered from this company realized they had a better deal with more to offer for the same price if not a little bit more and chatted with them and they told me sure we will refund your money with in 3-5 business days. I chatted again as i was told that my card will not even be charged and they took my money anyways for something i never received. I did receive a receipt stating that my first charge had been cancelled well why have i not received my money for that cancelled order yet so I called my bank and they said they never released it. I chatted again and they said they would release it right away they never released it again today 12/30/16 almost 2 weeks later i had to chat in the guy on chat was so stupid he was going to send our my order did not even listen to what i was talking about and than said he sent this to his supervisor. NO YOU DID NOT because i asked for the name of the supervisor and was ignored, I am telling you now DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they rip people off and keep your money and tell you they are going to refund you well i am disputing it today with my Credit card company and making sure this company gets all the messed up recognition so no one ever uses there company again i am over being taken for my money and my sue after all this as well wake up people this company sucks
