The company National Credit Acceptance took my money to settle a debt with a credit card company.That cc company was HSBC. It was paid in full and put on mt credit report as settlement paid in full. They then went out of business and sold my collection all over again to ....ready..the same company that was supposed to be out of business and just changed their name to Sacor financial. They now have been calling me to collect the same debt under a new credit card Chase because that is who bought it....What a scam and now I have sent a letter to all three credit bureaus...what is my rights? I know I can't be the only one they have done this to...what have others done in my situation?

Sacor Financial NCA When Company was NCA, I paid off debt. Could not get them to send payoff information. Now they are Sacor and trying to collect againb. I am trying to sell my home but the Judgement still shows up as a debt from the title company. Roseville California

Sacor Financial inc Officer John Henry Davis working for Sacor seizes our cars in 2010, we pay $5000 to get them back again in 2011 one care cause there was no second which that time there was no money and now again on 10/09/15 at 8:30pm my only car that I using to take my kids back and forth to school plus looking for jobs. This people never served me any court hearings he emailed me with judgement papers after he took my car from the apartment I now lived. The judgement emailed to me contains my old old address I used to live in Detroit when I now lived in Southfield Roseville CA California

Sacor financial secor financial took $560.00 out of my account. i Had a debt with wells fargo in january2006 and sacor bought the debt and got a writ against me for $47,000 and I didnt even owe Wells fargo but 25,000 Roseville California
