I am wanting to get this Judgement off of my record. i am not able to get records from my bank regarding payments because they are no longer in business. What is the statue of Limitations on this? I had paid off the settlement with NCA now I have judgement from Sacor for the same thing. I am trying to sell my home but the judgement shows up to the Title Company. How Do I get this to go away. On disability so cant afford an attorney to fix this. This was taken care of years ago.

Unfortunatly, depending on your State judgements can effectivly last forever. If you have no proof you satisfied a judgment, can not show any records of your payments, and they do not have any records of your payments, then again unfortunatly it is still going to be considered an outstanding judgment.
You don't say how old this judgement is or when you paid it off. But you may still be able to get some information. It is unlikely that your old bank just "closed", it probably got bought out by another bank who also transfered all of the records. If you have a general timeframe you paid it off, you can talk to the bank and see if they have records back that far. If so, they can probably research it for you and pull the information. However, this will not be free. Depending on how much work they have to do it could be several hundred dollars. But if the loan is for thousands, this may be the cheapest way out.
You can also see if you can look around for a Legal Aid society that may be able to provide you free or low cost legal advice to see if there is something else they may be able to do.
