safeguard properties CONTRACTORS BEWARE, read the truth. ohio Nationwide

This is for the  contractors.   Beware. 

They pay  nice at first. Once you get threw credentialing YOUR IN trouble. They start back charging and telling you if you don't go back to a property and repair something (even when it wasn't on the contract) they will backcharge you.

I'm not going to go threw all our accounts because I don't think this will allow me to type 20 pages. We tried to get out while the good was going. We got out when they still owed us $7,357. We stopped receiving our weekly checks and 4 months later after we got out we are still receiving chargebacks. They even sent us a bill for a chargeback. Needless to say we haven't recieved a dime of the $7,357. 

Tonight they just emailed us another chargeback for $555 for not bidding a job correct that we bid 7 months ago. Now here's the kicker. We never did any repairs on this job, and when safeguard and the crooked projects managers ( who are really glorified telemarketers) send you to these bids they instruct you to bid nothing else

But what's on the work order.
