I ordered the 2 in 1 curler/straightener on 9/30. I received a confirmation email with a 5 digit order number and showing shipping should take 7-10 days. I emailed after 14 days because I had not been sent a tracking number yet. I got a response from Vina at support@saleguru.com that said the package was stuck in customs but once it cleared there it would get a tracking number. Now over 30 days since I ordered I still don't have a tracking number and have sent emails to customer service again and replied to Vina's email with no response. I guess I'm out the $60 which is annoying but wanted to report it so others can hopefully see this and not order from them. I also filled out a compliant on the Better Business Bureau website. There are only 10 of these bad reviews for Sale Guru on BBB so anyone reading this I suggest you log your complaint both places!!

 I just tried to email Sale Guru again to ask for status on my order I placed 9/30 and still have no tracking or response from them of when I'll get my order. The email I sent today came back undeliverable because their email is full!! I guess now I'll just report it to my credit card company and move on.
